Keltie and Laddie

Dear Chris:
I just wanted to give you an update on the Drews/Young situation. Judy and I along with our friend Judy (happy owner of Reba - westie) went to North Canton yesterday and picked up
Laddie and Keltie. It was a very emotional time and I am hoping that Joanne and her family are pleased with the boys new home. We just couldn't be happier at this time! Joanne
warned us that Laddie cries while traveling in the car and sure enough, he cried from Canton to Mentor where we stopped and the boys met Reba and ran around her yard and even met her maillady (another westie owner). Judy and I then left with the boys and stopped at Petsmart to pick up some things that we realized we would need. Keltie window-shopped the toy aisle - I watched him go down the aisle with his nose checking out all of the stuffed animals. He didn't seem to find one that he couldn't live without so we came home with out any for them - there will be plenty of time for more toys, I'm sure! On the trip from Mentor to Madison, Laddie seemed to calm down and enjoy the view from Judy's lap. Keltie slept between us. What joys they will bring us! They settled in to our home last night without too
much trouble - Keltie is very interested in the cat - Laddie seems to have accepted him like another dog in the house!

I just wanted to drop a short note and tell you Thank You so much for your role in joining the boys with the Drews. After reading your website, it sounds like just another day in your life, but for Judy and me, it will be the start of our love for our own Westies. I'm wondering if I am correct in saying that Judy owns Reba - I'm thinking that maybe it's the other way
around?

Again, with our gratitude and appreciation,

Jim & Judy Drews
